Old Faithful


A balanced lunch contains a source of protein, some healthy fat and a slow release energy carbohydrate. This doesn’t have to be anything fancy. 

A sandwich on multigrain bread with lean ham and cheese, as well as avocado and finished off with lots of colourful salads ticks all the boxes. Satisfying – and affordable! Plus the variations are endless – marinated meats, different cheeses or breads, chutneys or relishes for added flavour.

Sometimes simple is best!
